Basically, for shirt buttons, the normal sizes are usually :
14L - for the button down of the collar
16L - for the neck & cuff
18L - for the front of the shirt
Materials we use for the shirt buttons are :
  • Natural Sea shells such as Trocas Shell and Mother of Pearl ....River Shell..and so on.
  • Polyester Resin
The color for shirt buttons are usually plain white or off-white(natural). With further processing by using color pigments we have solid color shirt buttons of many colors as in http://bit.ly/2npcDJc, these colored buttons are stable and last for long time. Another way to have colored shirt buttons is by dye-to-match processing, various colors are possible with this dyeing process - usually customers order a big lot of a certain style of white buttons and we dye them into various required quantities of different colors. Thickness of polyester shirt buttons can vary from normal thickness, 2.5mm, 2.6mm, 3mm, 3.3mm, 3.4mm, 3.5mm, 3.7mm, 4mm or even 4.5mm, price increases as the thickness increases. For shell buttons, usual thickness are normal thickness, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, sometimes 5 mm are possible.
Styles of shirt buttons can be:
  • Normal Round Rim
  • Bevel Shape with Slanting Rim
